1. Rules and Regulations

The following rules and regulations apply to all visitors to or users of the SRII Forums. By accessing this web site, user acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions are not exhaustive.  SRII reserves the right to change these rules and regulations from time to time at its sole discretion. In the case of any violation of these rules and regulations, SRII reserves the right to suspend or terminate your right to access the SRII Forums.  In addition, SRII reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. These rules and regulations apply to all visits to the SRII Forums, both now and in the future.

2. Limited License

SRII authorizes you to copy materials published by on this web site solely for non-commercial use within your organization. No other use of the information is authorized. In consideration of this authorization, you agree that any copy of these materials which you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices in the same form and manner as on the original. Any links posted by you are subject to all terms and conditions like any other type of content posted to the SRII forums.  You may not post a link in the forums that directs users to any content or information that would constitute a violation of the terms and conditions.

7. General Guidelines

Use of the SRII forums is at your own risk.  Do not post any information that you do not wish to make public.  Any information that you post can be obtained and used by others.  You post at your own risk.

You will not send or post any such messages to any boards, other user or staff that contain vulgar, abusive or otherwise inappropriate language, images, or graphics.

You will not post, publish, transmit, distribute, or upload any information through the forums that contains a virus, Trojan horse, "sniffer" routines, backdoors, worms, time bombs, bots, or any other harmful software code, file, program or programming routine, or other contaminating or destructive features, nor compromise the security or integrity of SRII's computer systems, networks or web site(s) or servers.

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Web Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Web Site may be subject to prosecution.

9. SRII retains the right to remove content and limit users' access.

SRII does not generally edit or monitor content posted by participants in its forums. However, SRII retains the right, at its sole discretion, to limit users' access to the Forums and to remove material that, in SRII's sole judgment, does not comply with the present Forum Principles or with the Terms & Conditions, or that is otherwise inappropriate for these forums, harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. SRII also retains the right to assign such right to some members of the community. SRII is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material.

SRII reserves the right to investigate any violation of the SRII terms and conditions and these forums and to take appropriate action.  SRII has absolute discretion to enforce the terms of these documents.  Remedial action may include, but is not limited to warning users, suspending access to SRII Forums, and deleting or editing any content.  SRII may request that a user delete, edit, or re-submit any inappropriate content.
