Welcome to the Service Research & Innovation Institute (SRII), the world's leading professional organization for the advancement of Service Science research and innovation. SRII seeks to improve the productivity and quality of service for the Technology Industry, Organizations and Society at large.
SRII offers four membership levels: Corporate, Institute, Individual and, Student. To assist you in selecting the appropriate membership, a description and benefit listing of each membership program is outlined below.
Corporate Membership
Corporate membership is available to companies that would like to see further development and interest in services research, and/or services innovation within their organization. Corporate membership provides a 3-tiered membership structure to support companies of all sizes (small, medium and large).
Benefits include:
- A leadership role in one or more of the SRII Special Interest Groups (SIGS)
- Consideration for a speaking role (keynote, breakout session, panelist, moderator) at one of the SRII annual events
- Opportunity to publish an article and/or a paper in the SRII e-newsletter/digital research library
- Unlimited membership for company employees at half the membership registration rate. This provides employees with access to:
- Access to SRII member profiles
- Participate in an SRII Special Interest Group (SIG)
- Right to view, post and/or blog in the SRII online community
- Receive the online e-newsletter (coming in Q4 -2009)
- Access to the digital research library (coming in Q1 -2010)
- Receive the member registration rate at the SRII annual conference and other associated events
Membership Dues:
Annual dues are based on the company’s annual revenue shown below.
- Platinum level – Large Company ($3 Billion+)
- Gold level – Medium Company ($1 billion - $3 billion)
- Silver level – Small Company (<$1 billion)

Institute Membership
This membership is open to institutes from around the world who would like to help foster future collaboration between government, industry, institutes and universities around service research, service innovation and service science.
Benefits include:
- A leadership role in one or more of the SRII Special Interest Groups (SIGS)

Individual Membership
Membership is open to individuals who are currently involved in the services research, service innovation, and/or the service science field of interest either through their career and/or education. Individual members have an opportunity to meet and discuss today’s current challenges, research projects, etc. with other like-minded services professionals from around the world.

- Participate in an SRII Special Interest Group (SIG)
- Right to view, post and/or blog in the SRII online community
- Receive the online e-newsletter (coming in Q4 -2009)

Membership Dues:
Annual dues for members are $99.00 US. Members already belonging to the SRII partner organizations like INFORMS, AMA, IEEE, etc. will get 50% discount membership fee of $49/yearly.

Student Membership
Tailored for the college student that has an interest in pursuing services as a career. To be eligible for this membership, the individual must be currently registered as a full-or half time student in an academic program that has a services research, services innovation, and or a service science field of interest. (Undergraduate or graduate).
Benefits include:
- Access to SRII member profiles
- Participate in an SRII Special Interest Group (SIG)
- Right to view, post and/or blog in the SRII online community
- Receive the online e-newsletter (coming in Q4 -2009)
